I’m posting this to honor the life and memory of Lee Rigby, a young father and fuselier (infantryman) in the British Army who  served his country in Afghanistan and who was brutally attacked and beheaded and eviscerated by Muslim savages in broad daylight on a London street on Wednesday, May 22, 2013. Rest in peace, Drummer Rigby.

Before a statistic like this is viable it needs to be further explained. How many police shootings? How many suicides? How many accidents? Etc., etc.

How many were legal (of homicides), how many were illegal?
